As discussed I have attached letter (template letter for responding to Civil Action by Post Office in respect of debt claims) received
from Mrs Hutchings in reply to our letter dated 12° March 2013 asking for payment of £10,814.83 and we have today sent out our
2" letter for payment.
background on case — An audit was carried out on 30" March 2011 and revealed a shortage of £9,743.76. On 24" August 2012 Mrs
Lynnette Hutchings pleaded guilty to false accounting and was sentenced to 12 months community order. Two transaction
corrections came on to her account, for cheques to processing centre, £1501.07 debit and £430.00 credit taking her debt up to
£10,814.83.
