Now had confirmation that Tony can come to 148 Old Street on Monday 24* from 14.30 to 16.30.
I suggest that Paula sees Tony at 14.30 in Chris’ room with Chris and then Chris sees Tony with Andy Parsons, who knows
he has to come in at 15.30.

Amanda and I have agreed on 14:30 ~ 15:30 on Monday 24 Feb for Chris/Paula and Sir Tony and she’ll let you know
about the additional hour required for Chris. If this doesn’t work for Sir Tony, perhaps 17:30 on Monday?
Does Chris need to attend the 13:00 session on Monday with Second Sight? I thought you mentioned it this morning but
perhaps not.
We'll wait for you to confirm.

Paula wants a meeting with Tony Hooper to discuss progress on the Mediation Scheme and the Working Group early
w/c 24" Feb. Chris A also wants a meeting with Tony next week about some of the cases in the scheme. Andy Parsons
is setting up the latter meeting but it makes sense that if Tony is coming in we try to do the two meeting consecutively.

Would it be possible for you both to confer (as I cannot access either diary) to let me have Paula and Chris’ availability
on Monday or Tuesday (the meetings are urgent so I think they would both be prepared to move meetings where
possible to accommodate Tony).
I think that Chris may need to be in both meetings with Tony so I suggest that we need a two hr slot for Chris and a one
hr slot for Paula which overlap.
