Litigation against Post Office Limited (Queens Bench Division Claim Numbers HQ16X01238,
HQ17X02637 & HQ17X04248) (‘the Group Litigation’).
AND UPON the Group Litigation having been managed by way of a Group Litigation Order
dated 22 March 2017, and that order having now been discharged pursuant to a confidential
settlement agreement reached between the parties to the Group Litigation dated 10 December
2019 (‘the Settlement Agreement’).
AND UPON the parties to the Group Litigation having made provision in the Settlement
Agreement in respect of these proceedings.
AND UPON the parties affirming and seeking to give effect to the Settlement Agreement.
BY CONSENT, IT IS ORDERED THAT: -
1. The Claimant's claim against the Defendant in these proceedings is hereby dismissed.
2. The Claimant and Defendant waive any and all rights to enforce any and all outstanding
orders (including those relating to costs) made in these proceedings.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.

We act for the Defendant in this matter and enclose a Notice of Acting in this regard.
The Defendant in these proceedings was a Claimant in the Post Office Group Litigation (Queens
Bench Division, Claim Numbers HQ16X01238, HQ17X02637 & HQ17X04248), which concluded by
way of a confidential settlement agreement reached between the parties dated 10 December 2019
(the “Settlement Agreement”).
Further to the Settlement Agreement, the Claimant in these proceedings (Post Office Limited) has
agreed for its claim against the Defendant in these proceedings to be dismissed, with no order as
to costs.
As such, please find enclosed a Consent Order signed by both parties to put the above into effect.
We would be grateful if the Court would consider and approve the same.
