On our call yesterday, Alan raised the case of Terence Walters who had received from the Court a Claim Form issued
by Post Office.
Mr Walters’ case was approaching the 6 year limitation deadline. Proceedings were issued to preserve the legal
position whilst his case was investigated through the Scheme.
We have written to Mr Walters to explain the reason for issuing proceedings. We have also asked Mr Walters to
consent to pausing the Court proceedings until his case has gone through the Scheme.
