Points of note from the POCL Infrastructure Acceptance Meeting - Segment 4 held
2 June 1999 at 10:00 in Feltham.

It was agreed that whilst the BA position did affect things, there was no material
difference to the body of this Acceptance Test Specification.

3/DC3 A paper is being written (due 14-June-1999) to address the specific
legislative issues raised.

3/DC4 DC informed the meeting that the measurements were compliant with the
standards and performed at 1 metre and that the Epson had 45dBa emission
and OKI 48 dBa emission. These will be incorporated into the next Counter
Hardware Design Specification (latest version is 6.0).

3/DC5 Clarity was sought by DC on what “how data integrity is maintained in failure“
referred to. This was clarified to need to include marker based accounting
and the application imposed rules regarding what functions were available
and the overall design guidelines.

3/DC6 The Planned Evaluation Matrix (Ref. 94) is contained in the Horizon
Satisfaction Forum which Phil Turnock from POCL attends.

DC had issued Segment 5 but due to failure of BB’s laptop it had not been further

Meeting for Segment 5 was confirmed as 15th. June 1999 in Feltham at 13:00.
Segment 1
DC confirmed the site visit as Tuesday 8" June 1999 in Stevenage (STE09). DC to
provide an agenda and try to make the relevant agenda items consecutive. 4/DC7
DC highlighted some changes that were proposed in Segment 1 and an e-mail
proposing further amendment to the way the criteria are proposed to be satisfied.

TED - Due to BB's lack of e-mail DC agreed to flag back to ICL Pathway that DSS
and lan Stevenson should be removed from the NDA, the version of TED will be
