1. Scope
The ICL Pathway Core System Release Plus Contents Description (PA/STR/013)
V1.0 defined the content of the CSR+ release as it was comprehended at the time of
approval of that document.
Addendum B to PA/STR/013 V1.0 listed all Change Control Notes (CCNs)
comprehended as at 18" June 1999, identified the status of each and specified in
which Release the changed or new functionality described by certain of those CCNs
was intended to be included.
Document PA/STR/014 (Supplement to Addendum B of ICL Pathway Core System
Release Plus Contents Description) provided further definition of the content of CSR+
by acting as a supplementary document to that Addendum B.
This document provides further definition of the content of CSR+ by listing PINICLs
with their resolution status as at the date of the Release Authorisation Board on 17
October 2000 for the CSR+ Release. ICL Pathway shall use reasonable endeavours to
resolve each of the outstanding PINICLs listed below with “ICL Pathway Business
Impact” of “B” or “C”.
ICL Pathway shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve, as agreed by the parties but
in any event before issue of the maintenance release known as “M1” which is
scheduled for release by the Contractor in the period January to March (inclusive)
2001, PINICLs in the said category B. Further, ICL Pathway shall use reasonable
endeavours to resolve PINICLs in the said category C within M1.
If any of the category “B” or “C” PINICLs listed below shall not have been remedied
by the use of such reasonable endeavours within the timescales set out above, ICL
Pathway shall continue to use reasonable endeavours to resolve such PINICLs as soon
as practicable thereafter.
If the resolution by ICL Pathway of any PINICL described in this document requires
the co-operation of POCL then, at ICL Pathway’s request, POCL shall use its
reasonable endeavours to provide such co-operation.
