problem. If the terminal is timed out when the password expires, then when an
attempt is made to unlock the terminal the error message "Invalid Name or

Escher have indicated that they have been unable to replicate this problem on
their systems and have asked that the scenario is re-tested and that if the
problem persists then the precise steps which need to be taken to reproduce
the problem should be identified in case they have missed something in their

recreated this problem on the latest Escher code(216). It is clearly

explained in the text of the call what the problem is and what error is

given. Under these circumstances I see no benefit in recreating the problem
again(which would waste probably a day of my time). I suggest that Escher
talk to Design(if this is allowed) so that they can clearly understand what

we are doing.
