Access to Audit Information
Further to my lettér of 18 February, I have now considered the issues relating
to POCL access to audit information held by ICL Pathway. I have concluded
that:the main issties are those.relating to legal interpretation of the contract. I
think it best that those are dealt with by our respective legal advisors and
accordingly have-asked Robert-Chaplin at Slaughter and.May to write to Iain
Monaghan at Masons. If there are any commercial or operational issues
arising as a result of those legal discussions then I think it best that we deal
with those subsequently
