Update just in. Susanne finally contacted me at 15:00. She is aware that Stephan is working up the
various papers that were sent by Keith and I last week. She believes that he should have something for us
to review either later this afternoon or early tomorrow. She is of the view that I shall be required to
attend at Preston on Monday morning although the outcome of PO's late submission may be unsuccessful. I
have said that I want to at least speak to Susanne once I have seen the proposed WSs about how the
information might be presented. She also said that they may well pursue a settlement on Monday.
Colin has asked me if I think we need ‘close support’ from Masons on Monday. I’m not sure yet and suggest
we wait until we see the Lewinsky papers. A brief chat would be welcome under any circumstances.

Thanks - I did get it earlier, so the non-delivery message is odd.
I take it there's no word from Mandy or Suzanne. It could be that they
are trying to settle the case, but that should not divert them from
preparing to go to Court if necessary.
If you hear nothing today, I think you should give Keith Baines a call
in the morning.

Mandy,
We spoke yesterday about next steps with the additional evidence that
Keith and I sent to your office. You said you would speak to Susanne
and she would/might call me back. I have not received a call as of
09:40 this morning.
I tried to contact you this morning but you are out of the office.
I would like confirmation that the additional evidence that I
presented is acceptable/useful to the case and sight, of any proposed
Witness Statement that I might have to support in Court.
A call from Susanne or yourself would be appreciated.
