Hopefully it all makes sense. I have Indictments and Summaries of Facts for all cases and a bit more info in some of
them. The column “Horizon / HNG-X” is usually inferred from the dates rather than anything else. I do have info that
tells me when each Branch migrated (which I have not checked out yet) and if I was examining evidence it would be
obvious.
l also attach the “generic” Witness statement used in case NP (together with attached docs).

The “extra bits” were all inserted at the end of section 1.
In the specific case of GA that we discussed POL have not yet asked us to retrieve any evidence.
In those cases where POL have retrieved evidence, it has not been made available to me, and the solicitors seem
reluctant for me to spend much time in examining such detailed evidence.
Hopefully that gives you all you need for now.
Vl delay sending out my statement for GA until Monday. _ If you advise me not to send it due to not having examined
any evidence, then I can explain that then. However I do need to do something on Monday as it is my last day in the
office this year.
