I assume you are now retrieving this data.
If you can provide the 3 months worth of data in the same way as you did for West Byfleet (ie as an Events and Banking
spreadsheet, plus the raw data in case needed later). If the spreadsheets are then sent to Lisa as normal, I can have a
quick look to see what I can find as well and also talk through the info with the Defence expert if required.

I'm glad you had a good holiday.
Judge Greenberg agreed to the defences request to have the data but sided
with us for providing the three months as originally offered. They chose
the last three months of trading and it was agreed that if their expert
found anything further data could be supplied - that request has been
submitted. I'm not sure what analysis you can do but Penny mentioned you
can provide spreadsheets of some description? Perhaps you could speak with
Penny as anything that could provide to help our case would be great.

Many thanks for coming to court to assist our Counsel. She was really
grateful for your attendance. The trial has now been put back to 8th
November 2010 as 3 months of data has been agreed. As the data will need
analysing by our expert (yourself!) can you confirm if you are able to
attend court week commencing 8th November should the defendant still not
plead guilty.
