POL v. Kim Wylie - Trial 17th December 2012
The above case has been listed for a mention tomorrow at the request of the defence in order for
us to serve further evidence and resolve any outstanding matters ahead of trial in December.
Gareth Jenkins has sent me a copy of his report which I will serve on the defence today ahead of
tomorrow's hearing,
along with Steve' further statement. It is inevitable that the current trial date

of the 17th Dec will have to be relisted in order to allow the defence to consider the report and
potentially respond with a forensic accountant's report. As such, please could you provide me
with your availability for January 2013 onwards so that our barrister can suggest suitable dates for
all concerned when the court relist the matter for a new trial date.
