UPON reading a letter from the Claimant's solicitors
BY CONSENT i
IT IS ORDERED that the order dated 9 March 2006 be varied as follows:- I
1, That each party to serve on the other the witness statements of the oral evidence
which the party serving the statements intends to rely on in relation to any issues i
of fact to be decided at trial, those statements and any notices of intention to rely
on hearsay evidence to be exchanged by 4.00 p.m. on 15 September 2006.
2. Each party to have permission to rely on the evidence of one expert in the field of
accountancy and one in the field of information technology whose reports shall be
served simultaneously by 4.00 p.m. on 13 October 2006.
3. The experts so instructed shall meet by 27 October to identify the puints on which
they are agreed and not agreed and shall produce by 10 November 2UU6 a joint
statement of the issues on which they agree or disagree.
4. The Claim be listed for a Pre Trial Review on the first available date after 13
November 2006. Claimant to apply to Clerk of the Lists for a date by 4pm, 15
September 2006.
5. Costs in the case.
