Colin....unable to contact you this morning and I am on leave for 3 weeks, Update is
as follows:

Disclosure Statement

Ref 2: I have spoken with Gary Groogan and Eugene McMahon...Gary has no
reports available and Eugene has a diary entry of visiting McKelvey Feb 2002 to
discuss Lottery I have search through the office file and copied anything I believe
may be relevant (see enclosed)

Ref 3: I have requested the call logs from Aug 2002 to present date . Temp postmaster
started 19/09/02 and New postmaster started 07/03/03. These logs are for information
only and cannot be used formally ifa statements and full explanation is required the
Fijitsu the owners of The Horizon Computer system have to be involved.

I return to work on 23" August and as mentioned before 3 witnesses no longer work
at Lisahally and need to be contacted if trial is going ahead for 13 th Sept..
