SCHEDULE B7- TIMETABLE
1 PURPOSE
This Schedule provides the outline Contractual Milestones and
associated dates to which the CONTRACTOR shall deliver its
obligations under the Related Agreements and the timetable for
the performance by the AUTHORITIES of the AUTHORITIES’
Responsibilities.

Completion Date)
2.1 The parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to work
together to allow the Roll-out of POCL Infrastructure
Services and the Roll-out of DSS Services to commence before
the starting dates specified in the above table and in the
table in paragraph 3.
2.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide the AUTHORITIES with a
Functional Specification within one (1) week of execution
hereof. Meeting the dates associated with the Contractual
Milestones is contingent upon agreement of the Functional
Specification being given by the AUTHORITIES by 30th June
1996. To help achieve this and to establish the full impact
at the counter, a prototype of the Trial System shall undergo
controlled usability trials. If agreement cannot be reached
by 30th June 1996 the dates in the table above shall be

delayed by an amount equal to the delay in reaching such
agreement. All changes to the Functional Specification
requested after the agreement by the AUTHORITIES to the
Functional Specification will be subject to Clause 101.4 of
this AUTHORITIES’ Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the
CONTRACTOR acknowledges that agreement by the AUTHORITIES to
the Functional Specification shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR
of its obligation to continue to perform the Services in
accordance with all applicable provisions of the Related
Agreements.
2.3 The CONTRACTOR shall introduce a second release of the
Software approximately three (3) months after the July 1997
implementation. This will enable the CONTRACTOR and the
AUTHORITIES to introduce additional functionality at the
counter and in the supporting systems which is identified
after the Functional Specification has been approved by the
AUTHORITIES.
2.4 Limited Go-Live can only be achieved if the CONTRACTOR
technical test commences in June 1996 and is followed by
between four (4) and six (6) weeks of Integration Testing and
between four (4) and six (6) weeks of Acceptance Testing.
2.5 The above dates are also conditional on CAPS being available
for Technical Testing from 1 June 1996 and for Full
Integration Testing from 1 September 1996, and shall be
delayed by an amount equal to any delay of such availability.
