loss to another falsified a document required for an accounting purpose
namely a Horizon cash account (final) for cash account week ending 6 July
2005 by making an entry therein which was misleading, false or deceptive in
a material particular in that it falsely purported to show that the cash on hand
at the end of the said week was £59,907.93 when the true figure was a
lesser amount’.
