I am accredited by the Assets Recovery Agency as a Financial
Investigator. I currently have conduct of a confiscation Investigation in
order recover assets under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. The brief
ces of the case are that Mrs Janet Louise Skinner (DOB

I. An audit at the branch revealed a shortage of approx
£59,000. Miss Skinner was prosecuted by Royal Mail Group plc and she
pleaded guilty to one count of False Accounting Contrary to Section 17 of
the Theft Act 1968
