falsified documents required for accounting purposes namely Trading Statements by making
entries therein which were or may have been misleading, false or deceptive in a material particular
in that they purported to show that cash and stock holdings balanced whereas in fact she was
infiating the amounts of such cash and stock holdings in order to conceal the losses for which
she was responsible
