Telephone conversation of today refers. Can you visit your solicitor and ask them to send me a Letter of
undertaking for the repayment of the money owed to Post Office Ltd on your solicitors headed paper.
Examples requested are below.

We act on behalf of Mr Khayyam Ishaq. Provided that we continue to be retained by Mr Ishaq up-to
the point of completion of the sale of his Post Office business in Birkenshaw 712 Bradford Road
Birkenshaw Bradford BD11 2AE we undertake to forward to you out of the net sale proceeds the sum
of £21,648.12.

A sale has been agreed, subject to Contract, for the Blackhorse Post Office and we are in the process
of preparing the sale documents.

We will continue to keep you advised of developments.

We write to confirm that we have been instructed by Mr Khayyam Ishaq that once the business has been
sold for Birkenshaw Post Office 712 Bradford Road Bradford BD 11 2AE, Musa Patel & Co Solicitors will
be instructed to act on the sale.

Mr Khayyam Ishaq authorise us to pass to Post Office Ltd the sum of £21,648.12 from any net proceeds
of sale.
