Spoke to Ann of our Agents Messrs Hill Dickinson.
We discussed whether he would plead to false accounting.
I mentioned instructions that we would proceed with false accounting providing the
Defendant accepts that the Horizon system was working perfectly. (A statement
has been suggested by TU). Further instructions are that the money should be
repaid. Ann could inform Jack that some agreement should be reached taking into
account the above instructions.
