I understand that Hughie Thomas was sentenced on the 6” November 2006.
I am awaiting details of the false accounting count to which he pleaded Guilty
prior to doing my final result.

In the meantime I understand from Judith at Hill Dickinson that there is a
Confiscation Hearing set for the 19" February 2007. The Defence are to
serve their financial statement by the 4" December 2006 and the prosecution
are to reply by the 9" January 2007.

You will need to liaise with Ged Harbinson / Mick Matthews, two accredited
Financial Investigators on this matter. I will be in touch again shortly when I
have the full report from our Agents.
