RQUEST FOR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DATA
PROTECTION ACT 1998 Section 29
Dear Sir or Madam
His Honour Judge Kenneth Macrae at Croydon Crown Court granted a
Restraint Order Prohibiting the disposal Of Assets in accordance with
the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 on the 6"" Nov 2006. The order
prohibits Hughie Noel THOMAS from dealing with his assets. The
order also prevents Mr Thomas’ wife Eira Vaughan THOMAS from
dealing with Mr Thomas’ assets.
As I am conducting a confiscation investigation and I may need to serve
the restraint order on you (I am informed that Mr Thomas may have
assets with your company) could you please provide details of any
assets he has with you. I confirm that any personal data revealed in this
case will be used for the for the purpose of the confiscation investigation
and failure to provide the information will, in my view, be likely to
prejudice these matters.
