PLEA AND CASE MANAGEMENT HEARING - 5" JANUARY 2007

The above named appeared at Hull Crown Court on the 5® January 2007. The
prosecution was represented by Patricia Docherty of Counsel. The Defendant
appeared.

The Indictment was preferred at Court and included an additional count of false
accounting, a copy of which is attached.

The Defendant entered Guilty pleas to Count 2 false accounting and the case was
adjoumed for pre sentence reports within the next 3-4 weeks.

‘An indication was given that confiscation proceedings would be commenced. A
Notice under Section 18 of the Proceeds of Crime Act was submitted to the Court
which gave the following Directions: ~

1 Initial Defence response by the 1* February 2007.
2 Prosecution Statement by the 30" March 2007.
3 Defence response by the 28" April 2007.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Section 18 Notice received by fax.

The Court directed that the confiscation hearing would be fixed on the date of
sentence.
