No charges were brought against Ms Lyell by Humberside Police. Ms Lyell was interviewed but there
was no evidence to support a prosecution.

lam presently dealing with the Confiscation proceedings. The Defence would like to know whether
Mrs Lyell was prosecuted ( by the Police?) and if so the details. Could you enquire and get back to me
