Having discussed with Ged, it seems reasonable to vary the order so that Wilson can use both
accounts, providing he (and his wife) agree to keep a balance in each account that is the same as it
was at the time the accounts were restrained. I have worded the variation order accordingly.
As soon as I receive the signed order back I will place in front of a Judge

I've read the letter from Richard Nelson Solicitors and make the following comments:
Lloyds TSB informed me that Business Account! } was approx £3,700 in credit at the time
int (the solicitors letter states £1047 but I believe this balance was in account
i ). I do not agree that we need to vary the order to enable a repayment of a loan to Mr
Wilson's Father-in Law. (Mr Wilson still owes PO Ltd £27K)
© I will agree to vary the order for account . providing it is agreed
that a balance in excess of £1K is kept in the account (at the time of restraint there was a credit
balance of £1047.00)
I will arrange to vary the order next week ........ hopefully I will be able to prepare the order and place
