I refer to Mike Wilcox, Fraud Advisor’s report of 29 January 2009.
I take the view that in the light of Susan Rudkin’s admission in interview under caution
of using post office money and depositing into bank accounts from January 2007 which
is mentioned in my advice and charges of 3 October 2008, the Business need now to
proceed with the Summons. Certainly the matters raised in Mr Wilcox’s report and the
enquiries can still be ongoing if need be.
