A Confiscation timetable was set.
1 The Defendant was ordered to file her own Affidavit within 4 weeks ie not later than 28" May
2009.
2 The prosecution statement is to be served within 6 weeks ie by no later than 10” July 2009.
3 The Defence response to the prosecution statement is to be served within 2 weeks thereafter
ie not later than 24” July 2009.
4 The Confiscation Hearing has been fixed for 21" August 2009 at 10am.
This means that the first response will be by the defendant on 28th May and as such there will be no
confiscation papers to send to you until just before the 10th July when I will forward the
section 16 statement.
