I can confirm that the GS033 Antecedence in respect of this case was forwarded on the 21st January
2009, :
but I have attached a copy.

I have also supplied our agent Mr John Dove with the most recent Dates To Avoid GS010 that he will
take to
Worcester Crown Court on the day and again attached for your records.

I have noted the.further advice requested from Counsel and will await the outcome on the 15th June
2009 as to
the necessity of this further evidence.

Please advise me if there is anything further that I can do to assist.
