At the time of dictating I have not been informed of the outcome of the application
on the 22" August. I am not quite sure why there is an application as Lester
Chine is not required as a witness to give oral evidence. I am sure it is obvious to
the caseholders though.

I enclose a copy of Sheldon’s letter dated the 18" August and attendance note
relating to that hearing. I do note that the additional evidence is to be served by
the 8" September. We did discuss two additional statements which I believe you
said you already had. I have left a note for Jenee regarding the other matters.
