POST OFFICE LIMTED v SUZANNE LESLEY PALMER

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

1 "FOR THAT YOU Suzanne Lesley Palmer on or about the 18" day of January 2006 at
The Grange Post Office, Essex dishonestly with a view to gain for yourself or with intent
to cause loss to another falsified a document required for an accounting purpose
namely the weekly cash account for week-ending 18" January 2006 by making an entry
therein purporting to show that the cash on hand was £51,650.35 when the true figure
was a lesser amount".

(Contrary to Section 17(1) of the Theft Act 1968)

2 "FOR THAT YOU Suzanne Lesley Palmer on or about the 25" day of January 2006 at
The Grange Post Office, Essex dishonestly with a view to gain for yourself or with intent
to cause loss to another falsified a document required for an accounting purpose
namely the weekly cash account for week-ending 25th January 2006 by making an
entry therein purporting to show that the cash on hand was £74,256.53 when the true
figure was a lesser amount".

(Contrary to Section 17(1) of the Theft Act 1968)

3 "FOR THAT YOU Suzanne Lesley Palmer on or about the 1** day of February 2006 at
The Grange Post Office, Essex dishonestly with a view to gain for yourself or with intent
to cause loss to another falsified a document required for an accounting purpose
namely the weekly cash account for week-ending 1° February 2006 by making an entry
therein purporting to show that the cash on hand was £78,337.90 when the true figure
was a lesser amount".

(Contrary to Section 17(1) of the Theft Act 1968)
