Dear Jarnail,
Please find attached my skeleton. Please read it through and give me a
call if there are mistakes or there is anything you're not happy with.
As you will see I would like the Defence's Further Request for Disclosure
dated 30/11/09 to be attached to the skeleton as well as Mr Jenkins
additions to McLachlan's schedule. I attach the second document to this
email. Please could Mr Jenkin's document be printed off in colour if that is
possible, otherwise it will be difficult to find his comments. :
