found Guilty by the Jury.

Byfleet Post Office dated 14" December 2006 by
making an entry therein purporting to show that
the cash on hand figure was £27,993.73 when it
was not (Contrary to Section 17(1)(a) of the Theft
Act 1968)

on hand was £35,751.65 when it was not
(Contrary to Section 17(1)a) of the Theft Act 1968)

The Judge also commented that she will serve half of her sentence before being
released. In view of her sentence there was no order for costs.
The Judge also set down a Confiscation Proceeds of Crime Act timetable whereby the
prosecution having served a Section 18 Questionnaire the Defence would need to
respond to this by the 23% December 2010. The prosecution will then respond to by
the 25" January 2011 to which the Defence will respond by the 24" February 2011.
By the 10" March 2011 the Prosecution and the Defence would confirm in writing the
parties are ready and also to give an updated estimate of the length of the hearing,
