Sabrina,
We have received another letter before action from Shoosmiths — please see attached. It relates to a Mr
Wilson of Astwood Bank PO. It is in very similar terms to the letter relating to Mr Darlington and demands
the same amount of compensation, and the same list of documents by way of pre-action disclosure. We
propose to deal with this in the same way as Darlington. Please could you let Susan know, and we will
inform Alison Bolsover and John Longman, and brief Bond Pearce.
