Hi Steve,
Ihave put together the brief for counsel in the Ishaq case and noticed that I do not have witness
availability for Nov 12 (I have Oct 12 and Dec 12). Could you let me have the missing page please
before the PCMH on 4th September 2012.
Given the comments made by the Defendant's solicitor on 25th July 2012 to the effect that the money
will be in the system somewhere, it may be that the ONCH data and transaction data may help show
that the transactions were not genuine stamp sale reversals?
