Please see attached, a copy of counsel's attendance note from Lynette Hutching's sentencing hearing.
Ms Hutchings was sentenced to the following:
1. 12 month community order
2. 120 hours unpaid work
Although compensation and costs were applied for, the judge did not make any orders for either, but
noted that civil remedies may be sought by POL if desired.
