Hope you are well. Please see the attached letter from defence solicitors in the Sefton & Nield case
that is listed for trial early next year.
lintend to serve a copy of Gareth Jenkin's expert report. I just wanted to confirm with you what the
position is with Insight2, if I recall, I think you said that there has been no report produced by
Insight2 to date. Have they held meetings or produced anything that you are aware of?
If there is no report from Insight2 I will simply convey that fact to defence solicitors in my letter of
response.
