Hi Mark,

Thope you had a good holiday.
Just to bring you up to speed on the latest developments in this case...

The Judge's Jury Bundle has been delivered to the court today and the defendant's copy to his
solicitors office. I will have the remaining JBs with me at court on Monday

Gareth Jenkins has been asked to have a look at the Addendum DCS in advance of Monday.

Steve Bradshaw has informed me that the author of DW/1 has left the business and his whereabouts
is not known. The other auditor Kath is on leave today but a further to statement could easily be
taken from her on Monday to confirm the conversation set out in DW/1 eg Ishaq stating that he had
not reversed sales of stamps.

Steve was making enquiries with regard to the reference numbers in the Add.DCS; However he does
not think they relate to the Fujitsu Horizon helpline, but to the Post Office Helpline. He was going to
see if he could print off the individual reports. He was somewhat annoyed that Ishaq has left it until

the last working day to disclose information which he must have been aware of for some time.
