Further to my previous statement, whereby I made mention of a number of
Cash Account Finals and Branch Trading Statements in respect of South
Warnborough Sub Post Office Branch (SPOB), I now wish to produce the
following items.
I now produce as item reference GB/8, the weekly Cash Account Finals that
cover the Cash Account Period (CAP) — CAP 36 (w/e 01/12/04) to CAP28
(w/e 05/10/05). Cash Account Finals for CAP’s 23 (w/e 31/08/05) and 15
(w/e 06/07/05) have not been obtained and are thus not included as part of
GB/8.
Cash Account Finals are generally a six-page document. The discrepancies
are detailed on page 1 and the declared cash on hand figure is listed in
Table 5 Cash, Stock ETC. In Hand, which can be found on page 2 of the
Cash Account Final. I now produce as item reference GB/8A, pages 1 and 2
of the Cash Account Finals from item reference GB/8.

I now produce as item reference GB/9 the Branch Trading Statements that
cover the monthly Trading Period (TP) — TP 07 (05/10/05 — 09/11/05) to TP
11 (08/02/06 — 09/03/06). Page 1 of the Branch Trading Statement for
period 7 (period ending 09/11/05) is missing, thus it does not show the cash
on hand figure or the declared discrepancy.
