Dear Mr Wilson,
Mandy Talbot may already have spoken to you about this matter. The P.O is claiming just under 26k from this
former spmr for failing to make good unauthorised losses that occurred that occurred in Jan to March 2004 at the
Marine Drive branch, Bridlington. The trial starts tomorrow at the Royal Courts of Justice, London and will
probably last until the end of next week.
Mr Castleton asserts the losses are entirely fictitious caused by problems with Horizon. He has called various other
spmrs who say they have had computer problems to give evidence. If necessary, would you be able to attend
court to give evidence of what happened in the Singh case? I doubt it will be nec but it would be helpful if we
could call you if needed.
