As the money has been repaid in full it may be prudent for Post Office Ltd to
consider no further action. Paul Southin has advised in view of the exceptional
circumstances and the fact that Mr MacAldowie has fully repaid the money
owed to the Post Office that the case is closed as there will be no reasonable
likelihood of interview in foreseeable future. Please see the attached report for
