This not only affects ny ‘feputation for honesty it is also. likely to reset unfavourably on
our livelihiood ( ie. Loss of income from PO and lower sales in shop as users of the PO
have te go elsewhere.)

1 can see no justification for the drastic action you have taken,

I. Apparently the discrepancies originated in 7006 from the time I decamte Post Mistress
Why wasn’t this investigated then advised of the mater and told what was needed to.
correct any administrative error ?

2. Uproduved for the auditors all the Slips relevant to the alleged irregularities

3. None of the cheques would have been paid either directiy or indirectly ty mo. So I
couldn't have benefited front them.

4. Have you any evidence that any of the cheques weren't received or paid into the
Sorreet accounts ? If'so why bas itaken so long for you to investigate 7. ‘The hanks
concerned could have provided the necessary facts

[protest my complete innocence of, any act of dishonesty and I ask that this matter bo
resolved quickly with my reinstatement as Sub Post Mistress and before the damage to
niy repatation , character and livelihood become irreparable

which Jam being held responsible so that I will be able to decide what # ther action !
