REGINA v ALISON LORAINE HALL

The above named Defendant appeared at Leeds Crown Court for a Plea
and Case Management Hearing on the 30°" June 2011. The case was
called on before His Honour Judge Burn. Adrian Chaplin represented the
prosecution. Defence Counsel was Mr Neil Clarke of 2 Park Square.

After negotiations between Counsel Ms Hall the Defendant pleaded
Guilty to Count 2 Fraud (False Accounting}. Prosecuting Counsel
indicated to the Court that the Crown was prepared to leave Count 1 on
the file on the usual terms. The Defendant maintained that she had not
taken any money but she had had the benefit of keeping her job and
putting off the need to repay the shortfall.

A short pre sentence report was ordered and the case was listed at 14.15
hours for sentence
