Further to my memo dated 2" June 2004 in which I dealt with the matters raised
by Frisby & Co Solicitors, there were some outstanding matters yet to be resolved.
I have continued to collate the further information/documentation required and as
of the date of this further memo, I know have the following documentation.

Page 1 request — non sensitive unused material

Copy of the outstanding custody Record for Mr Page is now associated.

Of the two officers notebooks, which were outstanding, DC Dowsett & DC Deans, I
have now associated the copy of DC Deans notebook, however, DC Dowsett is
still serving in Iraq with an anticipated return date of November 2004, and
unfortunately his notebook cannot be obtained until such time as he returns to the
UK.

3. Electronic copies of the audits carried out at Rugeley Post Office on
09.11.01, 27.06.02 and 13.01.03 have now been copied onto CD and
associated. Please note the password to open the excel files is p32.

Mr Hutchinson has left the Business and therefore this is yet to be

period 09.03.02 to 13.01.03 have been obtained and copies now
