Please find attachment of Incident Log for the above. There are only 299 entries on this log which I do not
consider a great amount of calls as it spans a period from 07.11.2002 until 11.09.2008 — that averages
I have looked through it and highlighted some entries in yellow but even these I feel are fairly insignificant.

Overall, there is nothing reported that he was in serious trouble over anything and if he is to be believed
that he started incurring losses over a five year period, there is no evidence of this.

In Shoosmith’s letter it stated that around May 2003, there was an audit at the office but the audit took
place on 08.04.2008 and opened again the same day according to the Incident Log Line 54.

At no time has he asked for extra training but I will look into Line 49 regarding a “Banking Event” — was
this some kind of training? There is also something on Line 229 to do with Mails Integrity where he states
he has redone testing and I will look into this.

Not sure how successful I will be in looking at training received as the Agency File has gone missing.

Hopefully, I will send you something over soon.
