In addition to a briefing on the Horizon system (both old and new) it would be useful to be provided with:
High level overview of Horizon architecture including data structure, reporting and error checking processes
Copies of data formats, tables and specifications
Copies of XML or equivalent templates or style sheets
Soft copies of sample reports
Sample data for processing

What I hope to be able to do is quickly move to being able to analyse the raw data relating to specific cases and then start
generating our own reports based on an analysis of the raw data. I am interested in all types of data including transaction, help
desk, administrative, log and journal data types.

Yes, tomorrow is OK. I have a meeting from 12 to 1, and do have some other things I need to do tomorrow (but with no fixed time
yet), but can fit in a meeting at other times tomorrow.
'm also now available on Thursday other than 11 to 1, Next week also works apart from 11 to 1 on Thursday.
