Can I ask you to look at why we report discipline matters to a contracts manager prior to any court proceedings.Apart
from keeping them informed briefly of the progress of an investigation. Commencement interview papers submitted
etc.
Question for me is do we really need to do these discipline reports as in my opinion we should not be communicating
anything over and above that we are investigating and that prosecutions are pending etc. We seem to do the
Contracts managers job for them. WHY
All of the content of the discipline report we produce can be obtained by the SPM etc prior to completion of our
investigations which I personally think is madness.
Can you look and consider in your review and then run past Jarnail and Solicitors etc.
Because we currently do does not make it right.
