This has gone to John Scott and yet to receive response. The document has been redrafted to meet the exco format
and will be going to Beechcroft solicitors who are apparently [not common knowledge] reviewing the prosecution
policy. Hopefully we will nail the 4° and we will be in a more comfortable position. John Scott I understand is
attending TCG. Can we make sure that everyone knows their briefs for the updates including Elaine. The Gas attacks
will be of interest, info re the latest Crown CVIT in London, engagement with Vanguard re any info on possible OCG. I
am hoping to get hold of Paul Joyce tomorrow for an update so perhaps if you are able, we can both meet him.
Sharron can update on compliance. I will be out with Gordon in the morning in Birmingham so won’t be there until
later.

I have shoe horned the guide into the Exco template largely drawing on the recent ISOS Info Sec policy doc. Also
attached are appendices A, B and C which is the PEACE guide to interview techniques which we will be using as a
foundation for interview training going forward. Have a good weekend
