Sorry I missed your call earlier, my plans would be to initially have a chat with you to clarify and understand exactly what
you are looking for and what parts of old cases will be relevant and useful. I am going to document this with any initial
deadlines (I will then send back to you to ensure that I haven't missed anything). Then once I have completed the old
cases I can set out a process for adding and understanding any new cases arising.
Do you have a list of any previous cases with Horizon issues that we have defended? Are we just looking at cases that
have been defended via the courts or any that have been challenged through the contracts team?
