In terms of Regulation 8(c) Protected Trust Deeds (Scotland) Regulations 2008 I write to inform you
thatthe above granted Trust Deeds in-my favour on 5 September 2008 conveying their estates to
meas Trustee for the benefit of their creditors generally.
in terms ‘of EC regulation no 4346/2000 of 29 May 2000 on insolvency proceedings, the debtors’
centre of main interest are situated in the United Kingdom andthe debtor’ are not known to have an
establishment in.any other member state.
Attachedto this letter are the following:
4 A copy of the Trust Deeds
2 ‘A copy of notices published inthe Edinburgh Gazettes .on 19 September 2008.
3 A copy of the statements of affairs showing both the partnership and individual debtor's
t, assets and liabilities as at 5 September 2008 being the date of signing the Trust Deed and
the extentto which the assets have :been conveyed to me. If you are aware of any additional
assets that the debtors own, which are not listed on the Statements of Affairs, please advise
me.
4 A statement ofthe debtors’ income and -expenditure as at 5 September 2008 being the date
of signing the Trust Deed. This indicates that the debtors are not currently in a position to
maintain an income based contribution.
5 A schedule for each Trust Deed indicating the estimated scheme of division and the
anticipated dividend to ordinary creditors.
6 A Statement of Claim form for you to ‘complete and return to me in respect of the debt due to
you. Please note thatthe completed form:should be accompanied by documentary evidence
in ‘support of your claims as at 5 September.2008
