Please see attached letter from defence solicitors representing Mr Dixon.
Mr Dixon is currently facing a single count of Fraud, a copy of the indictment is attached.

Counsel Will Saunders from 3 Temple Garden Chambers is instructed in this case which is listed for trial at Exeter
Crown Court on the 12th August 2013. Steve Bradshaw is the OIC.

How would you like me to respond to the defence solicitors letter? Would false accounting be acceptable on the
condition that the £14,222.02 is repaid in full? Please advise accordingly.
